A few weeks ago I told you all about a great, safe, online community called Yoursphere.comwhere kids eighteen and younger can interact in a virtual environment without the fear of inappropriate people having access to their profiles and information. M1 is really enjoying his experiences on this site and meeting kids from all over the country. His friends from school have also signed up and he is excited when he can interact with his friends virtually as well as personally.
I reached out to Michele Borba, author of The Big Book of Parenting Solutions, to let her know about the site. She already knew about Yoursphere and wrote a blog post endorsing it saying, “The more I learn about this site, the more I’m convinced it addresses so many parent safety concerns.”
If your children are interested in joining an online community, you may want to encourage them to try Yoursphere.com. They will enjoy themselves and you will feel comfortable having your children in a place you know will be safer than other online sites. When you check it out and register, let the Yoursphere folks know the Calandro Clan sent you by using this code: YSMC-0076. Remember, the site is free to use and join so check it out and give it a try.
I wrote this review while participating in the Yoursphere Test Drive program by Mom Central on behalf of Yoursphere. I received a free lifetime Gold membership on Yoursphere.com, Yoursphere t-shirts, and a $50 American Express gift card to facilitate my review.
